    job summary
    SellersCommerce is recruiting an Account Manager. The organic sales role position is responsible for developing customer relationships, and understanding the client's business to close organic revenue software contracts across a portfolio of established accounts.

    The Account Manager will be instrumental in project-based work, responsible for timelines, coordination, communication, and ultimately accountable to top-tier customer experience. This role will serve in a cross-functional capacity and will work closely with many teams including Customer Success, implementation, and leadership while being an official member of the sales and marketing team. This role will assist with other duties including understanding key customer success metrics, assisting the marketing team with case studies, hosting webinars and planning customer events.     RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Revenue growth across established accounts, in licensing and professional services
    • Drive conversations with customers
    • Customer relationship management
    • Outbound phone calls
    • Manage customer projects for enterprise eCommerce software implementations
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
